Cancellation & digital content (B2B)

This offer is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB). A statutory right of withdrawal for consumers (§ 312g BGB) therefore does not apply.

Exceptions (if consumer law does apply)

Digital content: Your right of withdrawal expires if you expressly request that we begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirm that you are aware of the expiry (§ 356 (5) BGB).

Services (e.g., coaching, workshops): The right of withdrawal expires if the service has been provided in full and we have begun after your express consent (§ 356 (4) BGB). If the provision of services begins before the end of the withdrawal period, compensation for services already provided may be charged (§ 357 (8) BGB).

We will obtain the necessary consent in the checkout via a mandatory checkbox.

Goodwill (voluntary)

Without legal claim, we will refund purchases within 14 days, provided that no retrieval (download/streaming) has been logged for the digital content in question. Once retrieval has begun, a refund is excluded. Statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
